During this weekend I have been trying to stay on track with my workout schedule since the holidays are coming up and I know I won`t be able to resist those great meals. After today`s workout I needed something to fuel up on because I won`t be able to have lunch until later on today.
Every time something like this happens, I always turn to a protein bar which is a great nutrition source for your body. The Pure Protein bar has 20g of protein which is a very good amount to have in a bar. It also has less amount of carbs than protein which is always a good combination to have.
