Pulled Pork and Smashed Vegetables

Have a New Year`s Resolution to be more healthy? Why not start with your meals? Eating healthy is 70% of having a healthy lifestyle. So as I have been more aware of what I am putting in my body, I`ve kept my meals more natural.

This is homemade pulled pork, topped with a paleo barbeque sauce (no sugar or preservatives). It`s a hearty meal and the amount of protein is amazing for muscle recovery for people that workout every day. And on the side? Skip the mashed potatoes and go for mashed vegetables. It`s very easy to prepare. Just steam up your favorite vegetables and puree them in a food processor. Add ghee butter and a bit of cilantro and salt for flavoring.
