I`ve recently been trying out this protein smoothie which fills you up at breakfast time and is sooo yummy! You can also change ur measurements or choice of ingredients to better suit you but here is my version:
0.5 - 1 cup of organic rolled oats (how much is up to you)
1 - 2 table spoons of greek yogurt (PLAIN) no flavouring
1 scoop of a protein powder of your choice
0.5 cup of Berries (strawberry,blueberries, raspberries)
1.Add the oats into blender and fill with water so the oats are JUST covered (the more water you put in the watery the smoothie will become). Leaving the level at just enough to cover the oats gives you a thick texture.
2. Add your greek yogurt, followed by protein powder and berries. Then blend together till everything is mixed.
THATS IT. AMAZING BREKKY!
