These pancakes are called "Protein Pancakes" because they are rich in protein and low in fat, so it will help speed up your metabolism and muscles tonificarem more easily. I do not the pancakes every day, 4-4 do, or do pancakes for 4 days, after four days and again do so on. Keeping them on a plate with a napkin over and stand up to these four days and so we do not have to be running every morning. Thus, while giving you the ingredients and quantities used to make 4 pancakes:
4th egg whites
2 tablespoons protein powder (I bought here)
4 tablespoons of skim milk
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed (I bought here)
To make the mixture into the pancakes, start by mixing all the ingredients described above with the exception of the banana to have a homogeneous mixture. Then crushing the banana a separate container and, once crushed join the above mixture and mixed well again to form a paste. Now they have three options: they can use a skillet with a little olive oil to cook and make one side, then turn around and do another, can use a machine for making pancakes, if they have, or can use a waffle maker. The waffle maker is what I use, and although they do not get to look like pancakes, are exactly the same thing and are quicker to do. As for the protein powder, mine is chocolate, but they can also choose vanilla. Do not worry about who walk not here to do as men hit the gym, just a little extra help to the muscles :)
These pancakes are delicious alone, but if you want you can add pieces of fruit on top with a little powdered sweetener if necessary, as in the picture :) My breakfast has been a pancake and a cup of green tea, and delicious :) energy.
