i just started running. I`m starting off slow, just running two miles everyday or every other day. hopefully three miles by next week. I`m trying to build up endurance so i can run with my boyfriend in an upcoming race during the summer. i`ve always enjoyed running long distances so it wasn`t as torturous as most people would think.
besides running, i`ve also added protein to my diet. literally, all i eat are carbs so i try to add protein here and there....try...haha basically i eat chocolatey protein bars everyday. they`re a bit expensive but offer a lot of protein.
my favorite are the promax bars. soooo good. its like I`m eating a chocolate bar but its full of protein. i usually munch on them before running. other alternatives are cliff, luna, and much more. i usually get mine from trader joes; they have a large variety
