I go to Curves and have been for about a month. I am over weight and have been trying to shred pounds off for about 4 years. I used to go to 24 hour fittness but everyone was already fit and healthy so I quit like usual. Then my friend introduced me to Curves witch im in love with and go everyday for an hour. I have lost almost 20 lbs and feel and look way healthier. So my advice if you want to join a gym and dont know what to do, I would say just go to a few different gyms to try it out for a doy or two, its usually free if you go in and say you just want to try it out. Leave a comment.. Do you go to a gym or have your own excersice plans?
