These are the products I regret buying. First off is the NYC blushable creme stick in Urban Spice. I love my other one in South St Seashell, which is a matte pink, but this color isn`t even really a blush color. Its like a super shimmery brown bronzer. It might be okay for an eye shadow color, but I`ll have to see.
Speaking of shimmery is the elf glow bronzer, which is extremely shimmery. I used it on my legs once which gave a nice sheen, but its definitely not a bronzer.
I also am not a big fan of the wet n wild pencil liners. They`re cheap so I didn`t expect much. They`re really hard, not very creamy. They`re pretty pigmented but I hate the tugging. Same goes with the elf liner.
Also from wet n wild is the cover all concealer stick. I find that it sinks into fine lines and is hard to blend. Again, it was cheap so I didn`t lose much buying it.
Next is the Maybelline line stiletto liquid liner. Its super wet so it dries slowly and transferred as it was drying. I would have to look down to keep it from transferring as it dried. I know everyone loves this product, but I hardly ever used it.
Also from Maybelline is the dream mousse foundation. Its partially my fault because I got the wrong shade, but it also seems really dry and again, I barely used it.
From the same line is the dream mousse blush in peach satin. The color is pretty and it`s easy to blend, but I didn`t like the shimmer, which was especially noticeable in the sun.
There is also the soft lips lip balm. It`s moisturizing and usually smells good (except the raspberry one shown in the picture.. It smells like medicine to me) but the taste of it is weird to me. I`ve bought about 10 soft lips at once (they were on a huge sale) and I still use it, but I prefer other lipbalms for the taste if I happen to lick me lips.
Another product is the vitamin schtick. It doesn`t moisturize, but its was cheap anyway. They`re more like lip smackers or a lip balm you would give to a kid maybe.
An eye shadow that I`m not a huge fan of is the Maybelline single shadow in silken taupe. I thought it would be like the cover girl taupestry taupe, but it is far from that. There is hardly any color, just giving a light shimmer. I got taupestry taupe today and I swatches them side by side (covergirl taupestry taupe on bottom color in picture) and the cg one is much more pigmented.
Last but not least is benefit`s some kind of gorgeous foundation. It smells weird to me and doesn`t give much coverage so its not something I`d normally reach for. It is creamy though.
Those are most of the products I regret purchasing . They may work for some of you, but just didn`t work for me.
