Who haven`t ever hear about Spanish traditional "pringá"? It`s so so caloric, it was eaten by country people like long time ago so that way they had enough energy to work all day long.
Pringá" has pork and meat, all cooked with peas or chickpeas for quite a long. It`s eaten, as you can imagine, in winter because it`s a dish that keep temperature hight.
How do we eat it? After a first dish of peas or chickpeas, we get a clean dish and put some of each kind of meat in it and then cut it in small pieces and mix it all. Take a small piece of white bread and pick a small amount of the mix, with the hand. Delicious! :D
If you plan to come to Spain by holidays in cold months or have any Spanish Restaurant in your city, don`t miss the chance :D
