CLA is Conjugated Linoleic Acid and it is supposed to support healthy lipid profiles and optimal health. CLA is a naturally occurring free fatty acid found mainly in meat and dairy products. It will supposedly help to add more muscle and drop body fat. I have been taking this with meals for about 4 weeks now and don`t think it really does much. It is healthy so I will finish the bottle but I have been exercising really hard and eating healthy and don`t think this is assisting much.
Have you use CLA before and did it help you reach fitness goals?
