Eating healthy is all about food prep. So at the beginning of the week I like to stock up on my Antibiotic free organic chicken and enjoy for the week.
This week I went with juicy boneless and skinless thighs because they are incredibly tender.
Easy enough just season with favorite combination of spices and fry in coconut or avocado oil on medium high heat for about 8 minutes or so on each side (or until fully cooked).
