Ive had to get my exercise ball out, when I got pregnant I thought that the exercise can stop and go for walks so that I dont get to lazy but the last couple of day I have had really bad pains in my pelvic area, that bad that I find it really hard to walk, and I read somewhere that the ball is meant to be good in stretching and keeping the pelvic area strong throughout pregnancy, so I had to get it out, I used it this morning and have to say just using it once it feels a small amount better but not 100% so I am hoping if I use it on a regular basis it will feel much better.
But if there is anyone out there that knows of anything else that will help with the pain please let me know it would be great for some advice.
