More and more today it is clear to see that the sporting and fitness world has completed changed due to the popular protein supplements that are available on the market. Some people are pro powder protein while others are completely against it. On one hand there are studies on the market that show how some protein powders demonstrate an increase in lean body mass and also strength in men who use these kind of proteins as part of their fitness routines. On the other hand there is studies that suggest that protein powders have no benefit what so ever.
<strong> My opinion on the matter.. </strong>
For me, I think that there is no point whatsoever in taking these powders because it is not natural and by that I mean that fitness should be done without any hidden supplements or drug type methods. I would never take these kind of things but obviously I am a lady but I know many men would not being of the adverse affects some of these powders have such as headaches and stomach cramps.
What is your view?
