This is a typicall english cake and its very easy to make.
You only need:
- 4 eggs
-1 tblsp baking powder
You see the weight of the 4 eggs together, and then you use the same weight of the other ingredients.
First you need to mix the sugar and butter. Stir the flour and slowly add one egg at the time. Beat until it blends all together. Add the baking powder and stir a little.
It`s ready to go to the oven 220ºC for like 40 minutes i think... (i can`t remember).
Tip: I usually beat the egg whites seperately to increase the volume and "fluffiness" of the cake.
