Potato Gratin Bun from Milk Bar

I love food and I love watching tv shows about it. I think I was watching Anthony Bourdain`s show one day and a chef named David Chang was on the show. I was interested since Chang presented Asian food in a completely new way.

I did some research about him and saw that he opened some bakeries called Momofuku Milk Bar in NYC. There was something called the Volcano and I had to give it a try. This is a bun that has potato gratin inside, with pancetta and caramelized onions. It`s all drizzled with Mornay sauce which is "B├ęchamel sauce with shredded or grated cheese added" (description from http://wikipedia.com).

I had seen photos of the bun on food blogs before, so I was expecting the bun to be small. I was wrong since the bun is MASSIVE and better shared between two people, which I learned too late after inhaling the whole thing. Don`t get me wrong, it was delicious but potato gratin (carb) plus an outer shell of bread (more carbs) was kind of a lot for one person.
