Postnatal exercises are important for regaining strength and maintaining a healthy lifestyle post birth--especially if you have had a C-section. It can help you lose all that weight we dread gaining during pregnancy, help to regain muscle strength, boost your energy, and also promotes a healthier mood, which can be VERY important to fighting off those baby blues! I myself just had a child in December 2012, on the 13th, and now I`m working as well to get healthy again!
