Post-Workout SnackLate Lunch: Protein Smoothie

I was hungry after working out today because it was around 3:30 and I hadn`t eaten anything since the morning, so I decided to make this a post-workout snack/late lunch. I wasn`t sure what to have, but ended up deciding on a smoothie. I used the Jamba Juice Mango-a-go-go packet that already had the fruit pre-cut.

I made a couple alterations. I used orange juice instead of apple juice. I also added a scoop of Publix organic protein powder to add some protein.

I mixed it up in my Ninja and that was all. It was very quick and easy to make.
