Post workout snack

Another workout another snack. So after my workout, I had a cup of 2% milk, a slice of ham, and a few strawberries. Milk has vitamin D and calcium. Ham has protein. Strawberries are a great source of vitamin C. Too bad I don`t have a blender or a magic, I could be making some yummy smoothies.
