Hehe, I feel like such a fatty after the gym! I work out for roughly 45 minutes to an hour daily and I get super hungry afterwards! I don`t know why, it`s like I work out just to eat more! Last time after my work out I ate Panda bowl, this tie I bought sushi and a sandwich! It was delicious and satisfying to eat after the gym, but at the same time I felt like I was eating a buffet. I know you`re suppose to eat after your workout to get some protein, but I feel like I`m not picking the right stuff to eat after the gym, lol. I need to wait to get home to cook some chicken and rice or something to eat after the gym, but sometimes I just can`t wait.
