Pork with clams

Suggestion for dinner tonight. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients (serves 4):
600 g of pork rockets Hardy, 500 g of clams Vietnamese Admiral, 1 tbsp (tablespoons) paprika Kania ,5 cloves of garlic, 2 dl of white table wine Earl Noble, 1 orange, 1 dl oil Chaparro, Salt q.b. Ground black pepper Kania q.b.
Season the roast pork with salt, pepper, cloves of minced garlic, sweet peppers, the white table wine and the juice of half an orange. Mix and marinate for one hour. Then drain the marinade and reserve the rockets. Bring to the boil a pan with olive oil and heat. Add meat and let cook until golden Then add the marinade, stir and cook for 10 minutes. Add the clams, cover and cook until they open, shaking the pan occasionally. Garnish with the remainder of the orange.
Tip: Serve with chips.
