As presented uam recipe entry, I now present a recipe for a main dish.
It can also be a good dish to present an important dinner, a family dinner or a dinner simplçes friends.
Here is the recipe:
750g of pork loin
2 cloves of garlic
1 spoon (soup) of fennel seed
1dl white wine
2 fresh fennel bulbs
2 slices of homemade bread
herbs to taste, fresh
Cut the meat into slices.
Chop the garlic and mix with the fennel seeds.
Season meat with this mixture and brown it in a skillet with a little oil.
Drizzle with the wine, after about 5 minutes, and refine.
Remove from heat and season with fleur de sel and pepper.
Cut a thin julienne and sauté in a pan with a little olive oil and a little water until soft.
Cut the remaining fennel slices to the oven and after gratine sprinkled with a crumbly mixture of homemade bread, a good portion of chopped herbs and a little olive oil.
Serve the meat with two cooked fennel.
