I always wanted to try pork cordon bleu because I love the chicken bordon bleu.
For those who don`t know what cordon bleu is, it is simple a ham and cheese that is wrapped inside a piece of boneless meat, usually.
Ate this a couple of weeks back and I had forgotten to post it.
Overall, I loved the presentation of it. The pork was a bit dry however the stuffing saved it. I couldn`t even finish half though, it was way too filling.
Will I try it again? Probably not, I prefer chicken more.
