Pork Congee

I had some pork congee for breakfast today. It`s just mainly two ingredients, some ground pork and rice. Well and water too of course. You just had to wash the rice and then dump everthing in and simmer for about a hour or so on low head and you have congee. This is really good. I sometimes sprinkle pepper on it too.
