So0o my BF has been trying to get me to eat more healthy. I admit, I don`t eat healthy but I do want to. I have also been trying to get some workouts in my week but with my busy schedule its pretty hard.
He decided to cook pork with lots of veggies, because I am definitely missing that in my diet. So we have here pork with seasoning, salt & pepper. I also believe it was marinated in Italian dressing, which can also be used as marina. We have carrots, mushrooms, cucumber, & asparagus all sauteed in butter. I was loving the carrots because of course they were <strong>CRUNCHY</strong>!!! It was a very, very tasteful meal. That`s it so0o far for my healthy meal of the day.
