Over the weekend my boyfriend and I made some popovers. I have never heard of these until I started working at my current job; we sell them. It`s hard to describe what they taste like because they are essentially just egg and flour. They make them at work for breakfast but by time I get there it is lunch so I usually always eat them cold. So this was the first time I ate them warm, the way they were meant to be eaten.
This is how you make them:
Crack for eggs into a bowl and mix
Then pour two cups of flour over a strainer into a bowl
After the flour has been strained pour the eggs into the flour and mix.
Add one table spoon of sugar.
Melt butter into each hole of the muffin pan
Pour batter into muffin pan
Cook for 15 minutes at 400
Cook for another 15 minutes at 350
When they are done let sit and enjoy!
