POP Pilates workout

For those of you who don`t want to pay for a pilates class or take the time to go to one daily, there`s an online instructor named Cassey Ho who posts pilates videos that you can do at home. There are different workouts, some targeting abs, some thighs, some muffin tops, etc. I`ve done the different workouts daily for about three months now, and I`ve definitely seen results. I went from a 28 inch waist to 25, and I definitely look nice and toned. Mind you, I also kept up my cardio by running every night, and ate fairly healthy (or tried).

Definitely check her out on Youtube, she has tons of videos and they actually give results if you stick to it.(:
