I have been on a clean-eating regime for quite a while now and I make a lot of smoothies or juices in between my meals or when I`m on the go. I tend to sneak some greens into my smoothies as well because the taste of the fruit makes them undetectable most of the time (baby spinach especially).
I absolutely love pomegranate and if you have problems with getting the seeds out, trust me, I`ve been there. I usually get a large bowl of water and break the pomegranate up under the water, so the seeds won`t burst and it is not as messy.
- pomegranate , berries , mint leaves , coconut water, almond milk, about 3-6 leaves of baby spinach , lemon juice
