Pomegranate are the ultimate anti oxidant food and they are much better than even blueberries or strawberries. Since they can be really difficult to eat I just take a blender and make myself a smoothie of pomegranates, blueberries, and bananas. Yum! I`m getting hungry again just thinking about them.
