So I have been taking pole fitness classes for about six months. I have had my basic invert (pictured above) for quite a while now.. well today in class I am supposed to get my thigh hang. The thigh hang looks like this basic invert here except you catch the pole with your inner thigh and then let go with your hands.. (you shouldn`t try this move if your not with a trained professional or are an advanced student) I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten this move down yet? I have my Scorpio, Angel, pencil and some other tricky moves down already.. I`m just looking to perfect this one! Any tips?
