Pole Dancing for Exercise

Some people have sworn by pole dancing as their main method to stay in shape while others believe it is provocative and "slutty". For me I would try anything once however I do not think I am fit enough to pole dance. It is hard work on the legs but apparently after a few exercise class and with a lot of effort you will definitely see the results in your arms, legs and your stomach. Another interesting thing about this is that when you walk into the class you will not know how to do a lot of work on the pole but by the end of the class you should be more than able to do fireman twists and various moves.

This is a really different type of exercise so I think this would be a lot of fun especially if you go with a group of your friends. I am sue there would be a lot of laughs and fun to the training session. There are so many different types of moves that I think are always gonna be fun to try and do and learn so thats what makes this "sport" interesting; there is never a limited amount of moves to work on. While I definitely think a lot of time and effort will have to be put in to be fit enough to advance, it is something I would love to try.
