Please HELP - Luuux Order #16476

If any Luuux Moderators see this, please help me.

I placed an order (#16476) for the Luuux Limited Brush Set on March 26, 2012 and have not received any updates on the item yet. I have seen others who ordered after me got their item. I already send an email to for help but no one responded. This is frustrating because I cannot even cancel the order and get my points back or receive help. Can anyone please help me with this?

*I am highly disappointed since it took me a long time to earn those points and it is also my first order
