One of my go to snacks, Planters Mix. There are a great selection of good nuts that are healthy for you in this mix and they are all equally delicious. It`s a mixture of my favorite three: pistachios, almonds, and cashews.
All of with are a good source of fiber and minerals, making it a great healthy snack to have around the work area or to pack to school. And if you have a sweet tooth, add in some dried berries and fruit to go along with it to make your own mixture of sweet and savory trail mix.
