Planks are a great ab exercise. How to do a plank:
1.) Lie on the floor with your forearms on the ground, palms down.
2.) Lift yourself into a pushup position, keeping your arms on the ground.
3.) Make sure your body is straight and parallel to the ground.
4.) Hold the plank for as long as you can!
