Plank exercise

This is a wonderful exercise to build some pretty abs! This is one of my favorites exercises, I do it every day, and it`s easy to do, try to do it, at minimum 20 seconds. Usually I do it for 60 seconds, which is not so bad, and I repeat around 3 times. In case of being a hard exercise for you, try and try again, never give up, if you wanna build a pretty body you need to workout. I`ll show you how you should do it, according to

"How to:
Lie face down on mat resting on the forearms, palms flat on the floor.
Push off the floor, raising up onto toes and resting on the elbows.
Keep your back flat, in a straight line from head to heels.
Tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals to prevent your rear end from sticking up in the air or sagging in the middle.
Hold for 20 to 60 seconds, lower and repeat for 3-5 reps."
