A small cup of low fat plain yoghurt and a tea spoon of Australian Eucalyptus honey, for me, is a great way to tide you over until your next meal!
Greek yoghurt tastes even better with honey! :)
Greek yoghurt and honey spooned over fruit is also a great light breakfast to start your day.
