My stationary bike is in my room, placed facing the tv. I think this is the best place for it because it gives me something to focus on so that it doesn`t even feel like I`m working out! At the gym, I work out for the full hour, and even sometimes I can go longer. At home, I feel so lazy because there`s other things around that I can do. Today I ate so much I knew I couldn`t skip my workout, no matter how bad I wanted to- pizza, breadsticks, and birthday cake! I rode the bike for more than half of this movie. I`ve been watching a lot of college movies- no matter how unrealistic. They`re just entertaining. Today I watched American Pie presents the Beta House on my Apple Tv. It was VERY entertaining, but of course extremely unrealistic. Anyways, it made my workout go by fast because I was focused on the tv the entire time.
