I love eating pizza, but I prefer to live without the groggy feeling I get after eating fatty, greasy restaurant pizza. Usually, I just make it myself.
I take a whole wheat pizza crust and add whole tomato sauce. Sprinkle low-fat cheese on top and add my toppings. I like to add tomatoes, spinach, and green pepper, but other topping ideas include: broccoli, red peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
And for the meat eaters out, well, you can add your normal animals toppings to it as well.
I really recommend using a whole wheat crust every time you eat pizza. It is a lot healthier for you.
