Pizza Margherita

One of my favourite pizza`s of all time is Pizza Margherita. I just love it :D
so here is a recipe for a pizza Margherita.

2 pizza crusts (I used Mama Marys thin and crispy)
1 14 ounce jar pizza sauce (I used Classico Traditional)
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
8 ounces mini mozzarella balls in water, cut in half
basil leaves {about 10 or so}
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of kosher salt

With oven still preheated from the previous pizza, prepare the crust by spreading about a tablespoon of olive oil over it, followed by a light sprinkle of kosher salt, and then the remaining pizza sauce. Sprinkle with remaining shredded mozzarella cheese and then top with mini mozzarella balls evenly spaced across the pizza. I always add my basil on the pizza after it is done cooking to keep it fresh, but feel free to add it on while cooking. Cook on a pizza stone for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
