The other day my cousin got this pizza in the supermarket that looked healthier than the other ones and so she decided to get it and make it. It is a frozen pizza, so i didn`t had high hopes for it and especially with all the vegetables, but since it was for her and she likes all vegetables i imagined she would like it.
While the pizza was in the oven, we decided to check out and compare the nutrional information with the other regular pizzas. I was shocked at the difference because half of this pizza has close to 300 calories while half of the regular pizzas have around 500/550calories, thats a big difference.
Anyway, after the pizza was ready, i did try a little bit and i was very surprised because it was good, really good. The vegetables and pepper especially give it a different taste that is very enjoyable.
It did lack cheese as you can see and i really like cheese in the pizzas, but i guess that is how they cut the calories and fat and makes the pizza more healthy. Even with the lack of a lot of cheese it was a great pizza and one i will buy next time i get pizza.
