With neon being hot on trend right now, I thought I`d share some of the neon polishes in my collection with you. For the longest time I shunned neon polishes because I thought they were just too loud and quite tacky. This past winter, out of the blue, I was bit by the neon bug. I guess it had to do with being over dark and/or murky, winter appropriate colors. I found myself hunting for neon polish in the dead of winter. You`d think it would be harder than it was! Now that neon is officially the it trend for spring/summer 2012 it seems that every company is putting out their retina blistering collections! With Studio M. being a sister brand to Color Club, you know their neons are going to be awesome. These always look the brightest out of all of my neons. Starting at the left and working to the right I have Neon Pink, Infusion, Orange Hot, Neon Caution, Neon Greenlight, Lightening Blue. The Pixi polishes are some of the newest ones to my collection. They aren`t quite as bright as some of the neons, but they are definitely bold! From left to right I have Coral Cabana, Vivid Coral (definitely neon), Paradise Pink, Very Violet. The line up of Essie`s are this years summer collection: Poppy Razzi. I have worn 2 of these and posted on them so far. From left to right are Lights, Camera, Action, Bazooka. Most of the Milani neon polishes joined my collection in the winter. I have had Fresh Teal for a couple of years, though. From left to right are Pink Hottie, Pink Rocks!, Awesome Orange, Fresh Teal, Dude Blue, Rad Purple. You`d think I`d own all of the polishes from the Poolside Collection....oh how I wish I did! Alas I still have them on my wish list. But, I do have two OTHER China Glaze neons (left to right): Turned Up Turquoise, Purple Panic. Finally...my flashy Orly polishes. These babies have been in my collection for YEARS. My goodness, I think I acquired them when I was still in high school. My mom and I would go get our nails done every couple of weeks and we started to pick up polishes here and there...I believe these were bought back then. That was something like 8-9 years ago. On the left is Passion Fruit and on the right is Purple Crush. So there you have it! Quite a few of the neon polishes in my collection! I`d love to hear what your thoughts are on neon polishes and which ones you own/suggest!
