This polish was incredibly hard to photograph accurately. I cannot even begin to tell you how many photos I took under all sorts of different lighting and each turned out differently but not a single one was true to the real color. I had to mess with it a bit to get it as close as I could. This is Paradise Pink by Pixi. I bought this at Target for about $8.00. The bottle only holds 0.25 fl oz of polish, so about half of the typical polish brands. That is kind of a let down since you are paying the same amount as say, Essie... and close to OPI prices. This is an interesting color, in my opinion. When you brush it on it has a softness to it yet isn`t pastel. There is a strange brightness without being neon. HAHA, do you see what I mean? If you check this one out in person I think you`ll completely understand what I`m trying to describe. It brushes on nicely. After the second coat it is opaque and smooth. It dries with a nearly matte, rubbery finish. If you want shine you`ll have to apply a nice high-gloss top coat. I don`t care for matte looking nails, so I did apply some Seche Vite over mine. I wore this one for about 3 days before it started to show wear and I got a bit bored. At that point I did apply a design over it, which I`ll share tomorrow (I think).
