Pita Pocket

I marinated small pieces of beef last night in a blend of indian spices, some garlic and ginger paste as well as some yogurt. I let that sit in the fridge overnight and this morning I baked it in a ceramic dish for about an hour.

We had store-bought pita pockets and I stuffed them with the marinated meat, lattuce, a homemade salsa/salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, avacadoe, mint), and topped it all off with a yogurt chutney, which was basically made using about 5 Tbsp yogurt, a splash of lemon juice and 1/2 tsp cumin powder.

My husband loved it and I though it turned out pretty good as well :)
