Pistachio nuts

I don`t know about you, but I love pistachio nuts!
You can eat them whole, either fresh or roasted and salted. They also make some great ice cream.
Plus, pistachios are proven to reduce levels of LDL cholesterol while increasing antioxidant levels in the blood.
Have you ever tried pistachios? Did you like them?
