These I made for a mustache and wine party. Lots of fun, we also made fondue (both cheese and chocolate) we dipped crackers, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. I have to say im not normally a fan of brussels sprouts but its excellent in fondue. Then we made chocolate fondue dipped strawberries, oranges, bananas, and cream puffs in. Excellent source of calories haha. I believe i had my pink fluff before all the fondue while we were preparing all the ingredients. I got the recipe for them from a book of mini desserts i recently bought. The book actually calls these Dizzy Izzy delightful fluff, and then says that it was originally named pink junk. Well the books name was a little too long for me, and i really enjoyed the stuff and so didnt want to call it junkso i combined the two. I really dont think that mine came out exactly the same as the one in the book, but it was delicious anyways. I believe in the book it looked more like a mouse, but mine came out more as a two layered dessert, strawberry jello on the bottom, and this fluffy mouse layer on top. I also made some whipped cream, and used it and some strawberries to top the mini dessert. There are also strawberry chunks inside the jellothough thats hard to see from the pictures. Everybody said they enjoyed it. Ayman in particular enjoyed the top cream and mouse part, im pretty sure he ate the tops off of 3 of them (just the tops mind you), but he was also really drunk haha. Im looking forward to making this again sometime. It was easy, and not very expensive it does however take time to set though, but just a few hours so not so bad.
