Pineapple, your best friend on diet

It comes to happen that sometimes we eat more sugar than our body needs or that we just forget eating healthy and gain some kilos or pounds that we don`t want or need.

In that case, pineapple is the most helpful fruit. It helps losing liquids, it`s low caloric and it`s perfect for a light dinner. It helps cleaning the body inside and balancing the extra sugar or grass of last meals.

When am on strict diet, I try to eat it twice per day and it really help :) give it a chance, it`s healthy!
