This is what we have for dinner tonight. I cooked this dish this afternoon and here we called it Pininyahang Manok and obviously why it`s because this dish has a pineapple in the ingridients.This taste really good guys,if you haven`t tried this out maybe you want to try this and check for the recipe.
The ingridients that I use here are:
I marinated the chicken on the pineapple juice that the tidbits have for 20 minutes. After I sautee the onion,garlic and tomatoes I add the chicken and wait them to become golden brown. After that I added the juice that I use for marinating the chicken and bring them to boil.The next thing that I did is I added the carrots and fresh milk and then add fish sauce and simmer it for 10 minutes. The last thing that i did is to add the bell pepper. You can add salt if you want.
