Pilates has been around for the longest time. Doing Pilates is another great concept we can add to our daily workout! People who seems to get hurt during a game or pregnant women have a reason to go Pilates. Not only they can, but you can too!
A lot of time we don`t pay attention to what we`re doing. For instance, you cannot feel your shoulders are being tight. Sitting at a desk, office is one of an example I`m using.
To solve that Pilates plays a long because they`re great ways to get fixed. Stretching seems to be a good one because you want to elongate your entire body! Keeping your body together without stretching, doing Pilates will give you back pains.
What you can do is what the lady is doing. She`s using an exercise ball to challenge herself from stretching. Doing it a few times can definitely show you the difference!
