I don`t know how they turn a radish into this yellow colour, but I love eating pickled radish. It`s crunchy and a little sour. I like to eat these as a side dish, or whenever I make kimbab. This is one of the staples in our fridge because I`m always eating it. Today for lunch, I had my favourite instant noodles with pickled radish as a side dish. It was a great combination. A little spicy from the instant noodles with a bit of crunch, and sweet and sour flavour from the pickled radish. This is also good with black bean sauce noodles.
