Hi everyone! :)
Sometimes we need to do exercise but we don`t want to go the gym or don`t want to leave home! Well, we don`t need to leave home to do exercise! One thing that I do now (because I don`t like to leave home) it`s dance!
When you`re dancing we can lose 400 kcal/hour! And we have so much fun doing it!
For me, is the perfect sport to do! We loss calories and at the same time we relax!
Try some songs shaken,like brasilian songs, and dance! :D
Belive me, it`s the best exercise.
