When we were in Vegas, one of delicious buffets we went to try out was at Rio. I wasn`t expecting much when I saw there Pho selection. But guess what? Surprisingly this ended up being one of the BEST bowl of Pho I`ve ever had. There was something special about that broth they did to it. Just has to be but I can`t figure it out. What do you add in your Pho for that extra zing? (asides the condiments) :)
