What PF Changs for breakfast? It`s true, at select locations they serve a small breakfast menu for the morning hours. I was on a business trip a couple weeks ago and we had a layover in the Atlanta airport so we decided to give PF Changs breakfast a shot.
I had only had PF Changs for dinner before, and it wasn`t my favorite asian cuisine so I was a little hesitant.
There were only 2 or 3 options on the menu, one of them was Bacon and Eggs served with potatoes that had some sort of spicy green sauce on top, and the other was a big plate of breakfast fried rice serve with an egg on top.
I had to go for the breakfast fried rice, it sounded so good! I opted for scrambled eggs on top because that is the way of more traditional fried rice, and I am not a big egg eater when they`re cooked any other way.
I was really impressed with this breakfast, it was delicious! The service in the airport was only really friendly and fast. The sprouts in the fried rice had a sweetness to them, which was perfect for breakfast because it replaced the need for a syrup or cake. The rice was packed with veggies, and the protein from the egg was a perfect combo.
The price for breakfast was also really reasonable, my breakfast cost around $8.50 not including my glass of cranberry juice.
I was so impressed with this breakfast that I would absolutely go back and try it again!
My only piece of advise is that it is a lot of food, if you have a bigger party you could get an order of this to share with the table and order classic bacon and eggs too.
